How I Can Support You
Therapy that is grounded in relationship, respect, and a collaborative approach to healing.
Support That Meets You Where You Are
Everyone’s story is different — and therapy should reflect that.
Whether you are navigating stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, or simply looking to better understand yourself, sessions are shaped around your needs, your pace, and what feels most important to you.
My role is to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect as we explore your experiences together.
Areas I Commonly Support
Intergenerational trauma
Regulating emotional overwhelm
Anxiety, & stress
Grief & loss
Life transitions
Cultural Identity & self-understanding
Relationships & connection
Burnout & emotional fatigue
My work is informed by a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
Attachment-Based Therapy
A trauma-informed approach that explores how early relationships may shape the way we connect, feel, and respond in the present.
Trauma-Focused Therapy
A supportive approach designed to help process and reduce the emotional and psychological impact of difficult or traumatic experiences.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Focuses on building skills for emotional regulation, managing distress, and improving relationships, while balancing acceptance and change.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
A structured approach that explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, helping to create more helpful patterns.
Land-Based Focus-Oriented Therapy (LBFOT)
A body-centred, trauma-informed approach that integrates Indigenous wisdom with therapeutic practice, supporting healing through connection to the land, body, and lived experience.
EMDR (Coming Soon)
Training currently in progress for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy used to support trauma processing.
Exposure therapy
A highly effective, evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) designed to help individuals confront fears, anxieties, and traumatic memories in a safe, controlled environment
What to Expect
Therapy is a collaborative process.
You can expect a space where you are listened to without judgment, where your experiences are respected, and where we work together at a pace that feels right for you.
There is no “right way” to show up — just a willingness to begin.
