Welcome to Nation To Nation Counselling.

At Nation to Nation Counselling, therapy is approached as a partnership, guided by your strengths, built on trust, respect, and honesty.

Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, fear, sadness, worry, anger, grief, uncertainty, or you are overwhelmed with the world around you, therapy can offer a safe environment to connect and move forward in your strength

My Approach to Therapy

My work is grounded in a respectful, collaborative, and client-centred approach to healing.

  • You are the expert in your care

  • We are equals, in a nation to nation relationship

  • Survival mechanisms can be necessary until we can put them down

  • Healing is always possible

Getting Started is Simple

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. My goal is to make the process feel clear, comfortable, and approachable.

1. Reach Out Your Way

Book a free 15 - 30 minute meet & greet online session or send a quick email with any questions you may have.

2. Develop Your Care Plan

In our first session 60 – 90 Minute session, we will complete an intake, to better understand your care plan.

3. Guide Your Healing

Each session will be 60 minutes after your intake, where you will be supported as a guide in your healing journey.

“Our emotion holds healing power in our lives like the force behind a flowing river. If we let our emotion flow through us, its turbulent energy will gift us with understanding, and pass by. It might require change, it might require adapting and redirecting our course with the environment around us. But like the turbulent waters created where two rivers meet, this energy will subside, and this new body of water will flow freely once more.”
